Check the abc on motor and esc and replace the sensor wire. Good place to start.

I am using a Fly Sky GT3b. I am soldering connectors to try another motor. I have tried 3 sensor wires so far. I checked them all to make sure they were good with a VOM. Thanks for all the input guys!

whats the max safe temp on the 4.5xl motor? i am running mine in a scte with a 14tooth pinion, endbell timming at 30 degrees, no esc timing, ind0or clay track and after a 7 min main it comes off at between 168-175.

Great motor by the way. way more torque than the epic 550 i used to run.

The guys say to Disable the motor cutoff temp, and to the esc temp to 220-240.. so your temps are right in the good range.

The wires are per-installed with high capacity bullet connectors. And bullet plugs on the ESC plug and play. The wires do come out of the motor (like in the 3D render). You can trim the wires as needed.
Thank you Salad, any pics of the new esc yet or still holding those for yourself.

Well I just sold my Tekin 4600. Now its time to wait for the 4 pole 550's. Hopefully the sensored ones don't take to long.

Negative, 2-3S only on the VTX's.

Lance, when you power on the ESC wait for the tones to arm, hold the button down for one second you will see the lights on the VPort switch to red/orange LED's. Now pluggin your ProGauge and "Link Device".

If you still can't get it, PM me your phone number I will give you a call and see if I can help.

Yea nothing has been posted about the VTX1 in awhile, really no new developments on the 1S side. The second I get any info to post I will.
