It was very funny today at the track in thailand when i overheard one of the drivers say wow that touring is fast I bet it's not a hobbywing and to be honest this guy is a famous touring car racer if only he knew who designed the esc that was in that touring car he would be shocked to know it was michael and hobbywing as an oem lol.sorry can't mention the brand.
so many people are misinformed its amazing . lol:lol::lol::lol::nod::nod::nod: R O F L ! ! ! ! Funniest thing I ever got told about the 'Other brand' was to stop disrespecting an American Manufacturer as I was harming US jobs by mentioning who makes them. And at the time it was the senior Rep for them too saying it, also calling the Hobbywing 'Hobbycity Crap' to quote him directly............. Do they ever learn??? There is a world outside of their borders.... |

Hobbywing TQ's 11.5T stock at the thailand international touring car race.
More than 40% of all esc's used in open brushless are hobbywing esc's (not sponsored esc's ) the sponsored class was the FWD class wit the justock esc and 13.5T motor sensored combo. Cogratulations to Mr wong from china for the TQ what HW esc Mr wong using is it Xerun 120A 2.1 or new ESC prototype ? |

There will not be any form of software for the brushed motors and esc coming from hobbywing .The brushed sector is all but finished i say and we are moving on to better technology .Brushless is the present and the future for Hobbywing and r/c in general .
But i do have some news for irgo we will be implementing an rpm log very soon .:sneaky::sneaky::sneaky: |

Kinda disappointing. All of the big name manufacturers support brushed motors on their top of the line escs.
There is plenty of brushed esc's available and its a dying or slow market to justify the effort. With so many guys changing to brushless there is also a huge 2nd hand market for brushed esc's at bargain prices. |
