Hobbywing LCD programmer won't connect to PC

Hobby wing LCD programmer won't connect to to software. I hear the noise of it recognizing it and says connecting to PC but never fully connects. Any ideas? Trying to update it.

Check the device manager if the hardware is actually installed.
