3PK question

I recently obtained a used 3PK and I'm having issues trying to calibrate it with 2 different ECS's. (Mamba/Tekin) Issue is it can't find the "Neutral" that makes calibration complete. Throttle mode is set at 70/30, same as my other 3PK. Is this something that can be fixed or is something out of adjustment? Anyone else ever have this issue? These ESC's work just fine with another 3PK. Even tried different receivers, no change. Gotta be in the radio. Any ideas???

Huh?????
The movement of the throttle/brake will still be 30/70 but the transmitter translate it to a 50/50 signal so the center is on the right spot with which several ESC's need to be. If the ESC does accept a 30/70 setting then by calibrating the ESC the ESC will make it a 50/50 translation.
So how can this be bad if it still happens anyway?

I did try another mode (M-11) and that seems to have helped. Trying a different ESC today to test.

In my situation, I need to power the receiver by connecting the ESC for power.

Forgot about those things. I was thinking receiver pack but that went out the window long time ago too. I went back to my regular 3PK and everything works as it should. The issue with this stand-by radio is it won't recognize the neutral band during calibration. Looks like a book end now. -)

Like AWB17 say Rev the direction of CH2. PK3 has that option.Menu go to CH-Rev, it'll show you CH1, CH2 & CH3, toggle CH2. Creation and Tekins have their Propietary set up on Neutral positions. Try it it wont hurt, cuz I've seen it when crossing over Creation and Tekins ESC's. Later!!!

Binding the receiver is only needed if the 3PK is equipped with a 2.4ghz TX/RX module system. I would not advise to use such a battery together with the ESC plugged, you can fry the BEC system.
If the steering servo does work then no binding is needed. If not tyou should also check if the transmitter is in the right mode PPM/HRS/PCM for the receiver.
