Default Upgrading Capacitors on Stock Class ESC

I recently picked up a used Hobbywing Justock ESC with a Tuning Haus capacitor. I remember reading on the forums that the capacitors are specifically chosen for the ESC they're going on and was wondering if there is value in adding an aftermarket capacitor for something like a stock class ESC like the one I received.

The Tuning Haus one is kinda huge and I think I'll be replacing it as aesthetically I find it an eyesore. Is it better to use the stock capacitor or is it worthwhile(and compatible) to upgrade and get something like the Hobbywing MODULE-XS non-polarity capacitor or should it really just be reserved for the XR10 Pro?

And with the understanding that a capacitor stores energy is more . . . better?

Also just as a clarifying point, my original question was around whether it's worth it on a really affordable esc like the Justock and not the higher end ones but it seems I have a lot of reading to catch up so I'll read those and report back.
