Default Gen1 Hotwire software?

I have a Gen1 Hotwire that I'm trying to find the software for it to program my four Gen1 RS pro ESC.
I've searched Tekin website, emailed their tech support, and posted the question on another post but no answers.
Anyone know where I can download the software for the Hotwire and the firmware for the ESCs?

It's the same software as the current ESC's and Hotwire's use: HOTWIRE

So in a deal I picked up a Tekin RS - 1st gen.

I decided it was better than a HW I was running in a car. so I decided to uprade the car to work with my radio. The radio requires that I use digital servos.

I picked up a Savox SC 1257TG - with a KO radio and the Tekin RS ESC.. Fleta motor and a big fan from team powers. I have also the same setup with a different brand servo and orca esc in a 2nd car.. no issues... but in this car, when I turn the servo for steering the fan slows down... its a high speed fan.. so you can tell.. so the Savox is drawing big power? but the Tekin has a 3 amp bec so does the orca.. but on this car it does not seem to be enough. Someone told me the older RS and Savox servos were not good.. that the Savox draws too much power.

Any comments?

One last thing. I had the RS on the car.. when I used throttle it seemed whiny.. I did not like the sound out of the geartrain.. did not seem like mechanical to me.

Swapped a Trackstar 120amp genII esc in.. and I am much happier, the fan still dips a bit, but not as bad, and the "noise" or whine is gone.. sounds normal.

The Tekin RS seems to be working right.. but maybe its not? I have contacted Tekin, no idea what "repair" is worth.

the fan and servo draw to many amps from tekin rs to supply get a ubec with 10 amps. I still run my tekin rs today with a ubec ..very happy no issues.

I have an RSX with a Gen 3 8.5T in my ET410, a RS Pro BE with a Gen 3 13.5 Spec-R in why 22-4, and a RS Spec with a Monster Max in my 22 4.0. I remember when I got back into 1/10 racing early this year I skipped over Hobbywing despite my LHS' recommendation because last I raced, HW was non-existent and Tekin/Novak were the kings on the block. I have yet to have any problems with them, But really let's be honest: all of the big brands seem to be pretty bang-on reliable these days. It's much more a preference of cost, aesthetics, and compatibility with what you already own. My local track is pretty hobbywing heavy... but I've never had a problem being a competitive driver with my Tekin equipment. Also: I'm running a Tornado plus fan and a Savox servo in all of those cars... never had an issue with fans slowing, or glitching.

I will say the RS Pro BE and Spec-R combo is one of the smoothest power systems I've experienced in my life. Combined with the belt drive, people cannot believe how silently fast that heavy 22-4 is, and I often get asked if it's a mod wheeler. Whatever vodoo the Tekin team worked out to develop that system, it was well worth my money.

As far as OP's question goes... I'm sure it'll work just fine(but then again I cannot confirm, perhaps ESC's have come a long way since then?), especially for the average club racer! I can wholeheartedly say my equipment does not make or break the main for me, but my ability to run a clean five minutes does.
