It needs balancing. Just do a balance charge. If that pack has been sitting around for a while, you didn't do a storage charge on it. Always do storage charges when you're done for the day.

While there's no danger in keeping a LiPo fully charged, it will significantly shorten the lifespan of the pack. I feel that balancing is most important when charging the pack to 4.2v/cell, the only danger is when any individual cell goes above 4.2v or below 2.5v respectively, more info here:

I almost never use the storage mode on my charger, it's a lot quicker to run my pack to LVC in the car which is pretty much spot on for storage mode
