Yep, page 34, paragraph 6, rule number 8.5A of the Northeast version of the HPI Rulebook....
You got 2-1/2 months to learn how to get your "Drink and your Two Step" on!!!!
Just ask Scooby how to do it....he's a pro at that too....

While we have a bunch of time before this event, now is a good time to mention that if you don't have a personal transponder and a DSM radio, this is the best time to think about getting them.
I did a very large race recently (240+) where everyone had personal transponders, and just about all had DSM radios! The program was extremely efficient and fun to do, from a race directors point of view!
I will have some house transponders available, but try to buy/borrow a personal transponder for this event. Not only will the program run more smoothly, but you'll be helping someone else out by freeing up a house transponder.
Same with DSM radios....not only will you be helping yourself out by not having any frequency conflicts, but also freeing up a channel for someone else!
Any new racer who may be on 27 band (channels 1-6) should also strongly consider, at least, going to 75 band, since there are many more channels to choose from.
ALSO IT WILL BE IMPORTANT TO HAVE AN EXTRA SET OF CRYSTALS IN CASE YOU MAY HAVE TO CHANGE FREQUENCIES!
Something simple like this will help keep ya racing on race day.....
