Hey Guys,

that track is the most amazing rc track ever...i went there w/ a friend who races on that track (has an m3 rc) Those are basically like remote go-carts! the 1/10th scale gas cars haul ass there 4 sure!

amazing to watch!

Neil Rabara 10-02-2003 09:55 AM

Cool track, but it's really meant for them big boys toys. The 1/10th scalers will probably get launched off of a pit hole.

By magic mountain but not quite, just in that general direction. If you plan to go there with your nitro, hit me up and I'll bring my 705. It'll be fun.

That track looks like it needs more than a 705, even the 1/5 scale cars look like little specs on the straight. We should build some 1/8 rides :sneaky:

Did KZ redo their on-road track? I went there earlier this year, and the track was by far the worst Asphalt job I've seen in years. It was un-even in many spots and the hobby shop trailer had nothing inside. The whole place seemed to be a collection of unused asphalt/concrete, and it was terribly uneven. The Off road track was not too bad, nice and big, but that onroad was atrocious! Maybe i'm just being spoiled, but considering the kind of look, quality and time that the Japanese and Europeans put into their tracks, KZ poorly represents the United States, especially at an event as big as the 1/5 Worlds.

It is possible that KZ revamped their track. At all tracks where major events are being held, the host track improves the their look. I certainly hope they filled in alot of the pot holes and put in a new surface.

KZ did not redo the track...Its a gret track but does have alot of flaws. Its made for the big cars and the dips and small bumps dont really affect the cars...You guys should check it out...They have very nice offroad track and fun for my 10th scale nitro too....Get up to full speed no problem...60 mph on the straights....

WOW.....
