Lol see thats 1 of my 70 Camaros and used marble...but mine for the Sept race will be 110% period correct

Why does the yellow & black Javelin look so much better as a painted r/c car than the picture of the real thing?

I race at Mikes Hobbyshop in Carrolton, Tx. I do believe the green is Testors new one shot lacquer mystic emerald. Im not positive though. I will have to check when I get home. I backed it with a metallic silver.

My first VTA car painted back in March, she's definitely not looking this good anymore. Wish I had taken some better pictures at the time.

Soon to be replaced before the Southern Nats.

I found this picture looking for Javelin slot cars. It is a nice variation on a theme. You could use the decals from the HPI Camaro.



Here is different paint scheme that feels period correct.
