Will the 2 bolt hold up as well as the 4 bolt heads?

Ya, $180 with free shipping and you'll have a sweet engine.

Thats what I am running now

Now tires are my biggest expense lol

I have some km all terrain on the rear and the 23 is chewing them up. I can't imagine what a 30 would do.

2 bolt will hold up ok with that gasket, but you could go copper. Should just about eliminate gasket problems

4 bolt will hold up better in the long run, but you would have to buy a whole engine.

Many guys run a 2 bolt and never have an issue

I geared up to 19/55 and am thinking of 20/54, tons of low end still.

I would like more power obviously. Lol. But I am more worried about dependability.

You can build a 4bolt engine for pretty cheap, I think I had $275 in mine before I went reed power. Trust me on this don't cheap out on engines, I've build a lot of them in my day from 6ds to twins. 4 bolt engines are they only way to go to make reliable power.

Stay away from those..clone motors will only fail and then you will be back where you started...I also recommend a 4 bolt for reliable power.

Of course a 4 bolt can be more reliable with a paper gasket, but you can build a dependable 2 bolt too.
I think a lot of head gasket problems are due to lack of checking the bolts on occasion, or poor gasket installation.
Like I said, a metal gasket will solve the issue.

You also need to let a 2 stroke warm up properly before hammering on it.
