Default See through engine bearing?

I ordered an outter bearing for one of my .12's, I can see light coming through the outside seal, the factory nova can't be seen through. Acer says no one else has had an issue, but I see this thing leaking.

Thoughts, experience with acer?

Tia

Even the light tight seals do leak. The seal is not for keeping the oil inside, there is a small system in the crankcase working with a slot in the crankshaft working as a seal.
