Can anyone tell me what this adjustment is for ? I believe this is my 1st engine with this and also what would be a good start point to set this ?

They call it a mid range needle but basically it is just another LSN. Starting point is flat with the body and leave it

The LSN in the slide can be adjusted leaving the nozzle on the same position, if you turn this one it will act as a LSN but the nozzle will also be re-positioned in the airflow.
So if you screw the slide needle out and this one the same distance in you did not change the LSN setting but did a re-positioning the nozzle that can give a different feeling in the engine.

That's the one I spoke about in my previous post. As R says, flat is the starting point and should only be adjusted by very experienced tuners. It makes a difference in low to mid speed transition.

The adjustment window is very small and you could screw up a tune if you don't know what's going on as you adjust.

I was looking through an old box of rc stuff and I found a JP Racing 2620 pipe, is it compatible with any of the current .12?

What is the difference between a Novarossi Mito "C" Engine and just a Mito engine ?

Please forgive me but knowledge is limited when it comes to nitro engines.

Roelof 08-28-2017 09:18 AM

Mito C is basically the old Flash. No weird bearing and no xtra long stroke. There is a Mito 35WC which has some differen features And there is a Mito 7 and 9 that has the extra long stroke, weird main bearing and offset carb.

Does anyone know what other brands are comparable to a Nova Glow Plug C8TGH?

The wc35 sleeve is also different. It's cut shorter at the bottom from what I was told and confirmed upon inspection.

You can use our plugs GS7 or GS8 (they are made by OS, same as RP7 & RP8)

mustangkillaz 09-03-2017 11:48 PM

Anyone have back to back comparisons with mito .12 and new wc version?
