magnesium heatsink doesn't perform good in ninja's in my opinion too, many people change it back to normal one for easy and reliable tuning.

Guys you all know that lowering the head of an engine "DOES" make a difference. These engines are the equals to our F1 engines. The differences are the lower heads and some new tech on the pistons. So if you want the best. Yes it cost, but no one is forcing anyone to buy it. But when you see one going past you. You'll want one. And see what Novarossi has accomplished.

i dont know dan if u saw murnan post on the dyno testing of the 35plus21 and the new flash, the 35-21 had better results.. |
i heard the same thing, that murnan is swearing by the 35 plus 21's.. heard that from a few other sources latelly...hmm
|
Was that a stock 35 or a MM35? Where's the link to see this?
|
I had a 2010 35 plus tuned. Very smooth power band.

Business is business. Maybe Murnan still have a lot stock for 35plus21 if the new PTS is better, how can he move the old stock?? The same thing apply to Nova, if you ask Nova which is the fastest. I'm sure Nova will tell you the our newest the most expensive .21 PTS is the fastest otherwise who is going to buy it. How can they generate profit or move dead old stock?
Sometimes think in business way helps you dig out the truth. Unless many racers (not working in those 2 companies) tell us 35plus21 is really still the king then this is something we can trust. |

Performance also depended on what internals novarossi decided to put inside the engines. Some were faster than others. The same engine could come with a variety of crankshaft intake window sizes. The small window did not make as much power as the large window. The new PT, and PTS are very nice engines. They are the fastest stock novarossi engines yet. It is like the flash special with the large crank intake window. It has a very slippery coating on the piston, and nicely redone case internals under the carberator. The fit, and finish is very nice. The engine runs, and idles great. I think that piston coating helps a lot. |

hey guys one question:
which plug type would you recommend for a .12 353 09? the ambient temperature here in Greece now is about 15-20 C. Iam running 16% nitro. I have 5f's but i think i ll have to switch to 6f now with the weather getting warmer |
Yes the 6

The 35+21 was more powerful than the first flash. The second version called the flash special was faster than the original flash .21. The flash special had a lighter piston which was already used in the 35+21. That helped it's performance, and durability.

Nov Flash underhead install direction?
Guys:
Re-installing the underhead of my flash 21 special...there's an arrow on it, but don't remember whether the arrow is meant to point towards the front of the engine (carb), or towards the rear (exhaust)? Appreciate!!! |
