a pinched piston/sleeve set is not like a brand new............it can be sooooooooo tight, just depends how it's done........
and when you manage to turn the engine it looses its pinch within few tanks...........
don't worry, a new engine won't be that hard to start........

If you break it in correctly, it shouldn't have a problem running it, but it will take some time to get that first tank thru. The P/S set for the NSR was so tight it would not turn over with my box. It was so bad the starter box belt actually stripped. After replacing the belt and getting a heat gun, I got it to turn. My RB was even worse. For the first 8 tanks, I still needed a screwdriver to unstick the flywheel.

a friend have a used PLUS 21-3C for sale.. he told me that he is replacing the conrod? (unsure the name of part) to a new one before i buy it. should i buy it?
now i have an old mega sx21-ev1
or should i go for a new mega zx ds2? (powerpack) for near the same price.
