260$ i believe.. And i run a mod buisness so the mods were free Also its legal to run in outlaw classes as its a .12

Yep, that engine can only legally run in the open .12 class.

as per roar rules:

For .12 ROAR/IFMAR class engines the maximum number of ports including the exhaust
port is FOUR.
