sounds awsome! been talking to the importer of these engines aaand by the looks of it ill have either a X3 extreme or a X7 in my new buggy :sneaky: ... keeen!

Just recieved a x3 and ordered a x7xtreme. Took a look at the x3 and the craftmanship and machine work is unbelieveable. I ran alpha engines last year and they are very reliable and easy to tune. I am very excited for this upcoming nitro season from what everyone has been saying it should be fun to say the least.

I love my FMX3. Very smooth, reliable, consistent, and yields 10-11 minutes runtime. It's everything I want in a buggy engine.

What pipe/header combo for the FMX3?

It has great smooth usable power and just awesome run times...I ran it along with the X7 extreme in my truck and I think the Fusion line of engines is hands down the best product for the money or any price for that matter and it will take something out of this world to make me change from the Fusion line....In my opinion you cant go wrong with them or with Monty's advise either

just let Him know what you want and i can get it to him ;)

apparently the "Full Monty" edition name has caught on so.............

if you order an "FM" edition engine it will come with full ceramic , "houston tuned" , silicone filled crank and bench break in (X3 includes the 17011 front bearing , R7 rod and turbo button)

How much are these FM motors going for? And where can we get them from in the states? Also what is the advantage of running the 9096 vs the 9901?
Thanks

Hello everyone. I actually got to put my hands on both the 7 port and 3 port motors and watched the 7 port on the track. That 7 port is just out right STUPID!! The driver had that thing screaming. I had been debating on a new motor and after talking to the guys I think for sure that the 3 port "race" motor will be my choice.
