I believe you Ryan, it just seems strange to me that a carb designed for long tuning needles works just fine with shorter ones. I would think that would cause all the settings to be completely out of whack and the needle would have to be cranked down way to much, but if it works than that's great. Thanks for the info

Don't forget both the o.s and the arrow carbs have 3 needles.

Just got my motor last night. Gonna start the break in process this weekend. Thanks for all the info in this thread. Looking forward to seeing the potential of this motor.

Thanks for the replies! I will have to pick up one of the VP pipes to try out.

I only ask about the GO because it's all I have at the moment. It's similar to the Alpha pipe. I will find out tonight and post what I learn

Ran really good with the GO pipe. Was very smooth and crisp, averaged a few seconds shy of 11:00 min on a tank.

Hi.

2047 pipe: I guess its rather good and EFRA approved. But its a really fuel hog compared to any other pipe I've tried (7). I use mine for break-in because it gives a HUGE fuel-flow through the engine

Ran my second engine today. It is good as the first one. :D
My os 2060 is in bad condition. What is the next pipe ? I need a new one.

I think it's the other way around. Re11 is an os 2050 and re10 is similar but not the same as an os2060.

Had my first race on the Arrow today with the GO pipe. I must say it's the perfect combo for me. 11 minutes on the tank, and super smooth power throughout the entire band.

what is tuning setting for 6.5 mm venturi ?
