Supposedly it was not making money, as all tracks say, there was a indoor track, electric opened up, so everybody goes there for electric, and it has a/c, in phx, that's a bonus in the summer. Hopefully somebody will figure out something for nitro.

Yes Lance, probably one of the best in the country, they had a 1/10 track, 1/8 track, and a 1/5 track, easy to get to, right off the 101 freeway, just a few miles from the I-10 freeway, if you were coming in from CA. Last fall when Nascar was,, here, Carl Edwards came by, one of the locals let him drive a 1/8 buggy, he raced two heats, said it was lots of fun, peeps at the track said he picked up driving it very quick, he spent about an hour there and left, it was on Thursday nite, when they do club racing. I was going to go up there that nite too, just got.to lazy to get my stuff ready to go, its on my way home from work, so I.would just load up all my rc stuff the nite before, and head over there right from work. Check out the web site. Fearfarmrcracing.com

That track.is on farm land, they have like 12 soccer fields that go on about every day. When Halloween comes around, they have a haunted house, and corn maze, it used to have a paint ball place also. Then when Xmas comes.around, they have a drive thru light display, they do very well on those two events, and I could not even guess what they make on soccer, bunches I'm sure.

I got a chance to run my modded 23 from Lance, yesterday. All I can say is wow. No loss of power and got 9:30 and that is still 2-3 on the rich side. I don't know exactly what Lance does to get extra milage without losing any power, but I highly recomemd sending your engine off to Lance! Thank you Lance and Jeremy for all the work the two of you have done for Alpha Engines.

well a quick update from the wekends race. again geting great runtimes from both the a-852 and a-352 lance let me test out.. the truggy mod is the one on his site that all can get.. great runtimes and great power.. 11:26 was average runtime on a tank.. 3 different weks on 3 diferent tracks with the same average runtimes.. the a-852 we has been leting me run has been great.. 11:00-11:30 in buggy.. smooth power delivery with great grunt off the corners.. from what i have been told this mod will be a bit higher than the normal ones but well worth the extra $$ in my opinion.. jeremy

Stoping by to say hi to all the guys. Been out of the game for awhile now because lot a lot going on and lack of money. Hope all is great Lance and the family is doing good. Plan to race again sometime I don't know if it will be the extent of how it was but I apriciate all you do for me. It was great while it lasted with its ups and downs at the track I will never forget nor change. Thanks for all u done and this isn't good bye but a update on how it has been. It is just a dieing thing here in Bakersfield and things are changing. Hope ur goals keep growing and striving. The best guy I have met in the business of this hobby is this master mind behind RcRenew. Hope to maybe get back at it down the line and I plan to finish the JBRL season hopefully.

Thanks so much Gage,

Im sorry to hear the scene in your area is dwindling. Hopefully things will bounce back soon. It always seem there are ups and downs but usually things bounce back ( fingers crossed)

And Thank you for being a great racer and person. I appreciate all you have done the last couple years

Always keep in touch no matter what happens with your RC racing.

Thanks,
Lance
