I have designed and manufactured a clutch tool for the Ascendancy and Werks 4 shoe clutch system. Until now there has been no way besides pliers to hold the flywheel to tighten the clutch. Which scratches and damages the flywheel. This tool holds the flywheel so the nut can be tightened easily with no damage to the flywheel.

We recommend breaking it in as you would a new engine. With approx 3 idle tanks followed by a few more gentle figure 8 tanks. If you need a downloadable guide let me know and I can e-mail you one.

JOseph, Chris and Jim Your order have shipped out. And Jim I threw it on the bench for you and got the needles straightened out for you. They were pretty out of whack. So you should be in the ballpark now
Remember dont mess with the MId needle.
Thanks again and tracking was also sent to you guys.

It is a little bit tighter. The Werks engines are not very tight from new. With the medium resize, if they are broke in properly will last quite a long time. The light tightness is closer to the new Werks tightness. and will require less break in but will not last as long as the medium.
If the engine is in good shape and you can spend the time to break it in the medium gives the best results. usually going 4+ gallons. the light usually go about 2-4 depending on the engine. BUt a lot of guys like the light because there is less break in and they just want to get a couple more gallons out of it before they retire it.
Thanks,
Lance
