I was in the same dilemma about the 5XLT VS PLUS 4 finally i bought the plus 4 from the feedbacks i see that the plus 4 has more bottom end and it is very smooth and very good for truggy but i read a lot of guys have flame outs...when i will take the engine at my hands i will post review

If you go on their web site and go to faq at the bottom of the page and then go to 13th item down the list entitled, What is after run oil & how do i use it. They advise not to put WD-40 or oils containing silicon in their motors. I know WD-40 is silicon free but perhaps their are other things in it not suitable for motors. Or is it Nova wanting you to buy their oils. Martin

i think he was just talking about testing the theory on an old crank ..i dont think he was gonna soak a new motor crank in wd-40:lol: im just sayin :sweat:

good to here ..ive got some gmk afterlife oil coming from amain ..i will let yall know about it after i check it out ..it is specifically marked for ok to use with filled cranks ..

I know Mark was only talking about soaking the shaft in WD-40 to see any reaction it has. The point i was making is that a lot of users put WD-40 in their motors and an awefull lot dont know that Novarossi advise agaist this. I suspect that their are a lot of users that are not aware that Novarossi have said this on their web site. Martin.

once again :rolleyes::lol:

there is no real difference in design whatsoever between the p5xs and xl , the T just means it has a turbo head button.

and yes the p5 is awesome :nod:

i am not "sponsored" per say by the people/companies that i recommend , i just promote good quality products and if i find a flaw in the product i will see what it takes to fix it unless it lets me down during a race over and over even after i had tried to fix. :mad::lol:
