Your R&D on this engine is top of the line.
I thought you would really like that one. Glad you are enjoying it!

Busted a rod. The piston is jammed and the sleeve is so damaged that it's jammed up too. Not even 1 - 1/2 gallons through it

I broke it in super slow and easy. Always heated it up with the competition heat. Never a cold start. Always warmed her up before opening it up or tuning. NEVER ran lean!! And Never got the chance to beat on it and see what she had..

Guess that's a picco for ya.. Oh well.

I Don't understand..

I'm in the process of getting this sleeve out.. can i just buy another piston/sleeve or do you need the crankcase and cooler?

I haven't had an issue with these blowing rods. Ive only blown one Picco rod and that was in a .21 engine when dyno testing one time... And it was over 40,000RPM when it broke... I have A LOT of customers running these and running them VERY hard in pulling trucks etc with great success as well. Hopefully Picco doesnt have a bad batch of rods out there...

To get the port timing correct for the modification id need your case to measure the port height etc

Hopefully you can get that sleeve out without damaging the block.

Not gonna bother, I'm just gonna buy a new engine. It was fun while it lasted.

Great work!
