Thank big time Ron. This engine is just incredible for $200. Next season I will also be purchasing a case of your fuel when I buy another B5. Hopefully by then we can have stickers, I wanna show off the Werks if I podium next season for sure. And I hope to podium.

A lot of guys at the track are running .24-.28 so I am hoping that once my 2013 gets here I will be making up plenty of time while they pit in the mains....

The 2013 is definitely the pipe for the B5, I see it on alot of other mills lately too. every one of them is in bad shape yet they all seem to still run great. I heard the Dynamite 007 pipe is similar, can anyone confirm? $50 for a durable pipe/header is more like it.

Sorry man but the 007 pipe is not nothing like 2013.The 2013 is a bad ass pipe and worth the coin.Just use epoxy around the stinger and it will last. Not pretty but works.

just got off the phone with Kortz so a quick update from the Nitro Cross. Kortz pulled of a top 4 runneither his B5 powered Hyper 9 in the first heat direct qualifying him into the main! He lost his brakes a minute or so into the run and then proceeded to run out of gas right after crossing the line.... The cause came to light while going through tech, hole in his fuel line! Was so bad that they could not even tech the tank, had to get a new fuel line cause fuel was flying everywhere when they tried to tech it lol! So good news he's in, motor rips n the lube package in our fuel obviously works! Bad news, he's been cleaning his car for the last couple of hours lol! The Pro dash for cash is later tonight, will post an update as soon as I hear something!

Ok, quick update! Kortz started 4th in the dash for cash and got taken out on the first lap ending up dead last. He went on to work his way all the way back to 4th setting fastest lap while doing so! Box stock B5 engine, 2013 pipe, P3 plug and Werks 30% "Race Blend" fuel.

Just got back from the track.
The B5 is just a dream. I ran it with the 2035 and could make 13min on a tank in my 8t 2.0.
Ended up in 2nd spot after some real competition.
After the race my car took a crowd of people asking about the mill. It was out of space lighting fast.
Thanks Ron and Werks for making this engine.

Wow Hellsavage 13 minutes is great in a truggy! What kind of temps were you running and what were the conditions like you tuned in?

What kind of power were you getting out of the 2035, peaky or smooth like?

I can't wait for my 2013 to arrive and really start to tune this B5 up

Course the friggin winter is here though.... no more racing

When she came of the track she was 115 C and I had a good smoke trail.
The 2035 is a nice and smooth pipe but stil has geat bottom. Not like the JP3 witch has more bottom but just usable power and a great top.
Outside temps where 12C with some sunshine.
Plug was a OD97.
The track was slippery and 70% astro turf 30% pure dirt (my car looks like I drove thru a corn field)

I just bought the last one A-Main had in stock. This one is going in an 8ight-T 2.0. I'll probably pick up a second one over the offseason and be running Werks B5's in both buggy and truggy.

First race with them will be the Canadian Indoor Offroad Shootout in April. After seeing videos of Kortz at the Pit, I'm sold. It's a $200 race mill.

You won’t be disappointed great engines I wish they came out sooner it would have saved me a lot of cash. And it’s great only pitting once in a 20 min main.
