Both boxes say China so they are definetly not sirio.

That is what I thought! I had heard a rumor that they knocked off the pipe and were having it made in China but was not sure, guess this confirms it. Arn't they the US Sirio importer lol???

Default werks b5

Hay guys,

Looking to pick up a new B5when they arrive. I am currently running the GRP engines and like the smooth power but would like a little stronger bottom especially for truggy. Can you suggest a pipe? I already own A coupe JP3, JP4 JP1, DYN 053 & 086. Does anyone have any experience with this engine running the 053 or 086.

I ran a Werks TLB7 Pro here in Australia for the best part of a year, and it was the best motor I ever had.
I ran one from the recommendations of Ian Haley (ex Werks driver) and I was never once disapointed!

Going to order the B5 now that the Aussie dollar is so good.

Hey Mo,

Did you get a chance to try the 9901 pipe?

Ron,
Since Kyosho America now carries Orion I am not sure who the american importer of Sirio is.

I do know that all the trinity stuff is "sirio" based though.

Isn't Epic (Team Trinity) the new exclusive Sirio US importer?

san. is correct, Epic is now the importer for Sirio but all Sirio products are made in Italy (including their pipes). Since it now seems that the Big Boy pipe is made in China (based on what you guys are saying is printed on the box) I just thought that it was funny that and importer would try to knock off their own line that they are importing lol!

I just got ahold of Mo for you and asked him about the pipe...the word I got was pretty smooth and more botttom... Hope this helps you out

It doesn't get the coolness factor like the 2013(me and mo area all about the cool sounding pipes...LOL) But he said he went 13 minutes with the pipe... which is key b/c they are running 10 minute quals.

And apparently things are going good for him at the SIC race. During practice he is in the top 3 cars as far as fastest so far...

Going out today and A-main will be receiving them tomorrow (their system will probably not show them in stock until Monday). I do not know what their back order situation is like but I would say that if you do not have one on order already, get your self on the list as quick as you can to get one out of this shipment that they are receiving.

Regards,

Ron

I've been looking around and I'm having a hard time finding a better deal for next year. $200 for a race mill. Are these 5 ports good in both buggy and truggy? I'll be running buggy and truggy(8B2.0, 8T2.0) next season and wouldn't mind having two identical motors to work with.

Placed my order. Now will the other items I ordered ship even though the motor is backordered or will it all ship at once when the motors come in....I wonder....

I read through the first 23 pages and can't seem to find any info on running this motor on the JP-1 such as runtime and power. I know though I need to invest in a 2013 soon from what I have read. Anyone clue me in on the JP-1?

Thanks
