Question for you guys:
When I set up the linkage on my Losi EU the carb boot goes in completley when I brake and idles nicely but if I let the brake off and let it idle the boot pops out a tiny bit causing a high idle...any suggestions on a cure?
Thanks.

Adjust your throttle trim on your radio.

I wish it was that easy
Have done that but the rod stays out when it goes to idle and you can push the rod back in to lower the idle by hand.

When the buggy is just sitting there not going you can push the rod in and it will pop back out like the carby gator is moving the slide back out.

ok so while holding the slide in, loosen the dura collar, and adjust it in and tighten to hold it there.

When you say Dura collar do you mean the collar that surrounds the LS needle?..will try it but seems like the carby gater is forcing the needle out again..does the collar force the gater inwards maybe..immm worth a crack..thanks.

Thats a good idea as I do usually run a hair band or two but I do find they cut into the carby boot over time but may have to live with it and have a couple of things to try tomorrow..thanks.

I'd try this, and if you have your brakes drag then re-adjust the brake linkages and all should be good.

No a dura collar is the little silver collar with the set screw that holds your linkage rods on the horn. loosen the set screw and push your carb closed, then while holding it closed slide the collar inward up against the horn and tighten the set screw to hold the link from moving back out on its own.

Default hey team

is it ok to use 30% nitro in a standard JS as i run 25% nitro x fuel and was wondering if 30% would harm the engine or make it go even better than it does now.
cheers
