Shims?
Hi there, this has probably been asked before but I was wondering what shims I should be running? I run two stock JS's with 30% fuel. I haven't touched the shims. Should I leave as they are?

Filter Oil
Joe, do you still sell the filter oil because I could not find it on your site.
Thanks, Tony |

Do they run Nitro? I'll hit Bumps and Jumps up before Motorama. |
Happy New Year Ed. We are looking forward to seeing you at Motorama this year.

Could someone refresh my memory on the stock needle seetings for the .21 fully modded JS? Thanks in advance.

Low Speed Needle: Flush with throttle-arm housing then 1 turn in Idle Screw: Carburetor Slide flush with the inside of the Carburetor, then turn idle screw in 1.25 turns (Air Gap will be between 0.7mm-0.9mm at this point) |

I'm excited to see what the track layout will be this year :) |
The only thing I'm VERY disappointed about this year with Motorama is the fee to be a vendor was increased 400%,, this puts a lot strain on the smaller companies wanting to set-up a booth.

Stock .23 vs Fully Modified .23 engine, I like to call it the FTB (Full Tilt Boogie) FM .23 includes: Tungsten weighted crank, lightened piston and connecting rod, rotor timing adjustment, sleeve timing adjustment, and precision matched piston and sleeve. The JS Pipe used for testing will soon be available :) |

RIGHT PLUGS ??
life is easier when you have the right glow plugs.
With the cold temps racing indoors or at night outdoors, make sure you have a hot enough plug to get your tune. P4 is a good choice. for example it was 55*-45* outside tonight and i was running a P4 before the sun went down and it was perfect. after the sun went down the humidity went waaay up from like 65% to 100%, and i could have probably switched out to a P3 and not have touched the tune and made the same power, but because i left the P4 i had to richen it a little bit to help burn the dense air and lost a little power and runtime. next week i plan to go out in the day and dial in with a P4, then when the sun goes down drop in a P3 and see where its at. I'll report back with findings.. please dont flame on me about how your box is full with P5's...just save them for the spring/summer. :tire::tire: |
I just ordered my stock of P4 plugs for my up coming cold race. What plug comes in the RP?
