Hello Ray. I sent a bad ass H.E.S. p5 in for a pinch. The piston is scared pretty good. You worked magic on many motors for me in the past. I'm really hoping you can save this beast!!! I left a note in the box.

If there is no saving it. I know this is not usually done, but can another used piston be matched to the sleeve?
