Cool...USPS tracking showed 4:30pm delivery.

Mike + Grayson shipped Thursday morning.

Jose, David,Jamie, and Mark ship out Friday morning.

Remember guys, I repair sets previoulsly resized by other methods you may have found unacceptable results with. I dont hold it against anyone to have an idea that they tried but may not have worked out very well.

what ever you do, make sure your sleeve is really worn out if you want a medium pinch. Other wise go with a light pinch. Looks like it might take me a gallon to break in this sleeve. Ray did awsome work, but the sleeve i sent was just starting to "barely" lose compression. My next pinches will be light pinches for sure. My sleeve was probably in better shape then i thought.

After a quart it is still sticking at the top. I keep heat cycling and running it and it is taking a while. Hope i don't stretch my new rod.

Marcus,
Now that you have used my service you have a reference point to my medium tight resizing. If its a little tighter than you like feel free to ship it back to me and I will lighten it up a tad to "light" or "Light-med", which ever you prefer. It doesnt realy matter how worn the sets sent are. I have a few guys sending me sets for light tightness every few gallons that require a tenth or two , while others may need two or three tenths resized in order to get a light pinch. Again, it doesnt matter how worn the set is I will give you a light tightness at any point. no problem. I recomend a "Light-Medium" tightness to first time customers. Some then requst a little tighter , while others requst lighter....its all personal preference. hope this helps here. Marcus ship it back to me to be loosened up please.

Thanks David!

The cleanup done on piston+sleeve sets , although may look real nice like new, is not for cosmetic reasons. The benefit is the accuracy established resizing over clean surface finish conditions. The seal is much better sets surface finish conditions are improved.Furthermore, Once surfaces cleaned it is much easier to inspect thoroughly. I am glade you notice this a benefit in services I provide. Thank You again.

Russ,
Got your messages. I will put your invoice on top, service and next day return ship if needed.

Been laying on the couch all day doing NOTHING. Pushed it on race day Saturday pitting for one of my guys durring the mains. OW For those that dont know I dropped my Harley at a pretty good speed on the highway 3 weeks ago, resulting broken colar bone and few ribs and alot of road rash. Ready to rockNroll again tomorrow, tooling a few guys, and reconditioning-resizing as many as come in.

Thanks Guys

Ray its crazy to think that I sent a piston and sleeve out on Tuesday and its back in my buggy by Thursday. I even have 3 tanks though it, the job not only looked awesome it ran even better. Its amazing what 20 bucks and a few days will do for a tired motor!

Thanks again,
Russ
