Hi Ray,

Can I ask what is involved in head button reconditioning?

I'm thinking of sending these along with my piston/liners

Ray, we ran the pinched sleeve this weekend at JBRl and it was perfect, the light pinch took the motor back the perfect broke in stage for racing. I will have another one coming your way. Donnie & Dylan Rodriguez

dcracing, glade to have been of assistance. 3-4 tanks, easy on the throttle, on the ground should do it. let us know how she ran please.

donrod, It realy isnt anymore difficult to do a "light" resizing for me, my method with Internal-External control. I hope to see more requests "light" or "light-Medium" tight reconditioning-resizing orders. Ither way very little longevity is sacrificed going lighter, with conciderations the total engines wear factors, along with performance.

Ray, I got my freshly serviced JX P/S in the mail Thursday... Installed them in a V-spec case for the break-in. I was planning on useing this as a back-up engine, but after a couple a tanks on the box this engine runs better than in Speed I currently had in it

I had planned on putting my Speed back in for the $$$ Race this weekend in Arkansas at Wolf Pack.... but the serviced motor was running to dam good!!! I ended up getting 4th in the Truggy A-main with the help of your service. I just can't put into words how pleased I am with your service. This was my first time ever haveing a sleeve pinched, so I didn't know what to expect. I was still getting 10 minutes a tank a the engine idled soooooo low and smooth.

If you want professional service, with super fast turn around.... RAYAracing is the only way to go. TOP QUALITY WORK comeing from this guy, Ray I will be sending all my track members your way.

Thanks,
Mario Knox

Nice work Ray, I heat cycled 5 tanks on the ground @ 200 degrees. Next day ran 3 tanks on the track. Ran 3 quals and the Main, no flameouts, no problems.
Still has a bunch of compression 3/4 gallon later. Its like getting a new Piston and sleeve.

Thanks Mario!!! I see your not far from Minden LA (nice town I visited late 70's) and you race same series Alison. Cool

dcracing , I went a tad lighter your set so you wouldn't feel pressed for time. Glad worked well for you. Thanks again!!

Due to Western New York cold wet weekend here, I worked on packages arrived here Saturday. Aaron, Donnie, Tim, and Rick should all be delivered by Wensday.
