I have an older Sirio .12(AAC sleeve) and I need to find a P/S for it.Does anyone know where I can buy one?

What older sirio do you have??? The sirio that I have is a L. Collari, which has the Piston/Sleeve 3-Port AAC .12 (this is basically a EVO 3). All older sirios take the same part numbers. I don’t have any idea if the newer sirios (EVO 3 sti) take the same parts???? The website that has the AAC P/S is http://werksracing.com/product.do?sku=WRXLC12041214 don’t let the price scare you. It list as 149.99, but when you click on buy now (shopatron) it lists for 99.99 plus shipping and handling. Kyosho has the normal P/S for sale, but I dont know if has the AAC P/S. I hope that helps..

That is incorrect. The AAC version of the Collari is based on the Sirio EVO 2.

Don't want to start a fight but I had a AAC Collari 3 port and it was a Sirio EVO 3 based engine.It's the one with the LCG heatsink.That is not a EVO 2.

One thing that makes me to suspect about the Collari AAC 3Port not being an EVO3 based is the fact that NONE Sirio EVO3 has an AAC P/S set. Is more feasible to think that's an EVO2 based or (god wouldn't want it...) an Original S12TRP AAC (the first ones).

The original and the EVO2 were the unique series that used an AAC P/S.

Edit: If is the Old and original Sirio TRP12 (the one with black heatsink with the atom on white paint) and you're looking a replacement. I have a brand new AAC P/S set. If interested, PM me.

I hate to do this to you guys, it's probably been asked before. i have the s21 bk evo2. just wondering what seems to be a good pipe to run with it. interested in the JP's from Jammin, but not sure if the JP1 or 2 will suit it better. any help will be great. Thanks, Dave

:lol: your not starting a fight. Your wrong though, it is based on the EVO 2 ;) . The LCG cooling head has nothing to do with the internals. I have a Evo 2 WCR head which fits on my STI and vice versa. That throws the cooling head argument out of the window. A Corse-R has said, there is no AAC piston and sleeve set for the Evo 3

I have a question, hope you guys can help me out. I have a customer who got a murnan sirio sti for his mugen mtx4 and he said that he can't fit the sti in his car. These are his complains:
1) The carb is hitting the brake disk, 2) he is using the new mugen chassis (the new chassis with groves for the engine mount) and the crank case is hitting the chassis, 3) flywheel is hitting the upper support brace
Any mugen drivers using sirio Sti engines out there who can help me?

Faced some of those problems... PM me with a valid e-mail address and I can send you some photos with all of those problems. Beware because it involves milling some critical parts.

I run the STI in my MTX-4 and i did not have to mill anything. I used the engine mounts from my MTX-3 Prospec though. The stock mounts need to be modified. The STI comes with 2 different attatchments for your carby slide. A Small and a large one. You must use the small one and lay it down 90 degrees, towards the right side of the car. (This is the part your servo arm hooks onto to pull the lide on your carby) Finally, you have to rotate your carby so that your idle screw is touching the crankcase (so with the carby facing you, clockwise). This will almost guarantee an easy fit. If It is still touches, you have to file a little off the carby right under the midrange needle

ya its a hard damm fit but i got it LOL oh ya you cant use a one peace motor mount eather.and i did sand the carb just a little for the disc.
