I'm running both engines with 41033/41032/41031/41021+2096, is it possible to run 0.6mm or 0.7mm head shim to gain more bottom, always on c5gtn plug, please advise. Thanks in advance

you can run .60mm shimming on head button if you want .... i wouldnt recommend it with 30% fuel or on a newer high compression engine but on 25% or less and well broke in ... should be good

i usually run the .80mm until engine "drops its nuts" then go down to .70mm running 30% nitro on all my FUSION X engines which are pretty standard old 16.26 x 16.80 bore x stroke combo .. they run awesome

Does your Fusion X .70mm "DIN's" shim stack, still give you the recommended Squish Band gap of .60mm to .65mm for 30% fuel Houston or is that not a problem with those engines at sea level?

i request my engines to be shimmed at .80mm from novarossi .. two x .30mm and two x .10mm .. this way you can remove a .10mm after a while ... still use 30% fuel

.70mm is perfect for 30% on the fusion x engines with head button 28028 after the "DIN's" ...;)

.60mm shimming is pretty tight quarters for 30% ... at .50mm the piston will hit the squish band area of the combustion chamber if there is any slop in the rod

Has anyone used Avid ceramic engine bearings before? Are they any good?

ive installed a ton of them as replacements in my fusion x engines for guys ... not 1 failure that i have seen in 14x25.8x6mm

trying out JT bearing in my personal engine for buggy ... only been able to put one race on it so far but so far so good

What is the best pipe/header and clutch of this motor?
And any other tips for shimming etc.
