I said i would send another crank to Dave when i received the faulty crank , never received any crank

As far as any bearing issues , i wasnt really made aware of them so that makes it fairly hard to correct

If you are unhappy with any engine you received i am very sorry to hear that , i do not have control of which fuel you run , how you break the engine in and how you turn the needles or dont Nigel .

Hope you are happy with whstever you are running now , sorry for any troubles

Hey ol buddy. Went to send you a private message but your box is full. You hoarder ! lol

Looking at possibly grabbing a Nova P5 XLT engine. Are these a good buggy engine ? To much bottom end for buggy ?

Like to hear from you.

Thanks,
Greg B.

Monty, if you get a chance let me know what you think. Sometimes it turns wide like it is pushing hard in the corners, and other times it turns as slick as a whistle. Same speed (or at least it seems like the same speed) also a bit later on it would just come around in the rear after some turns, very hard to control. I have 28 and 29 on height, and on some jumps I noticed it was slapping a bit. Running the stock oil for XB9, not sure what weight, what would you recommend? My front is 2 degrees out on toe, and running 2 and 3 degrees on camber. rear toe is I think 3 in, haven't really messed with rear toe any, just set it up to stock settings. I know you are a Kyosho guy but on the XB9 forum most people just say run Reno's settings, and they really don't seem to explain or understand what is doing what and why. I also noticed that the B2 was on fire the other day running like a top, not getting hot and never lean bogging or sputtering after blips. Ohh I am also running a Losi 4 shoe clutch and the 2058 pipe.

I have the Buku (not much shoe left) 3 shoe clutch and losi clutches, 2058 Hong Nor 2080 pipe, short mugen header, 2013, ordered 2096, 9853, and the 021 manifold. One of my Novarossi pipes is at the post office, but just curious as to what setup you would run.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, I have read the losi and xb9 book, but when I try to adjust for the on power steering, it doesn't ever seem to really feel different, and then all at once you can tell it is way off. The setup I have seems to be the best, just can't seem to get it where I like it, also on the steering servo, I can give a lot of throw on it, I limit the travel because of noise, do you adjust until it starts to bind then back off or do you go to noise then back? I think I can actually get like 15 or more clicks on my steering

Steering is usually set to have max throw

As far as setup , it is very very hard to try to give you advice over just a little info posted in the forum here Jerome

Videos help immensely

I tell ya what Nigel Hosking , you send back your X3 that should still be like new except for a broken crank to me and it is truly a manufacturer defect or my defect i will send you a brand new in pkg X3 at no charge , sound fair?

Daves order will be going out next week late more than likely , so you get it here and the new one will be included in daves order for you
Hope to get this resolved and keep everybody happy

I noticed all the HES engines ran flawless all week. I didnt see or hear of one hiccup or flameout. Nobody needed us Pro's to help them tune their engines either :D

The only engines of mine that did have any issues and stopped running were ones that had clutch issues which killed the engines

Rocks in flywheel area equals stopped engine ,ugggh

My stuff ran great but i had issues , the radio , not tightening clutch bell bolt on truck , thinking i could get away with if422hb hub carriers on mp9 with 35mph winds , ya know

Hope u guys had an awesome weekend , good to see everybody
