You gonna bring your bearing puller with you? I might have enough change to pick up some ceramics for the b6. Stock bearings are good, but.... Our should I leave well enough alone?

Just ordered a plus4 Btta through your site with the "tunes", filled crank, and break in service. I know your busy in February and the outdoor season doesn't start until april here on the east coast, so take your time and make it "special" :sneaky:
Do you have an big H.E.S. stickers you can throw in the box? I have a big pit board that I like to put the really special stickers on instead of wasting them on a body or wing.

Looking forward to showing off what H.E.S. can do on the east coast!

Coating Crankshaft
 

Hi Monty

I recently bought a used Novarossi P5X Houston moded engine
And I see that cranksaft has a coating on it like light grey color feels like sand
Did you make this coating ?
Is it possible to make hard coating to an used crankshaft ?

are you sure it Houston modded or a HotMod engine?? I rem i had a coupe of Jims engine back in the day and they had that grey coating on it

Its prbly hotmods and its beadblasted

It looks like I am in the market for a motor. Mine lost a pin clip in the sportsman buggy a-main at cabin fever.
I am looking at the X3 race and the Plus 21+4 buggy.
Could you please give a comparison of these 2 engines?

I cant speak for the x3 but the plus 4 team is sick...the first time i ran it was at cabin fever....holy crap. It wasnt even all the way broke in or race tuned it had all the power in the world. Monty helped alot at cabin fever...great guy to deal with besides his RC CARS!! comment everytime you say hi..lol
Dont even get me started on the P5xlt...that thing was wicked fast and again wasnt all the way broke in or race tuned. Monty keep up the great work man...tip my hat to you...
