Got my Toro Nero back from Monty today..had him break it in for me.
all I can say is wow guys, you just cant go wrong with Nova mills and Montys service -second to none. and boy is that toro a rocket ship... totally insane did I mention 10+ min tanks? |

Houston/Monty,
My fuel inlet on my hsn is turned in a way that my fuel line is kinda kinked do to its position. The carb is turned as much as it can be. Its angled to the inside and away from the tank. Is there a way to turn the hsn any so it will face the other way ? Im thinking of sending it to you for a mod job but its only got 1 gallon on it. Should I wait until about 4 gallons so you can change the bearings/rod if need be ? I would rather someone with experience turn the hsn if it can be. Can you do this also ? |

Thanks Monty. I have the 9/32 so I will give it a whirl. Just didnt want to try it without asking. You have been a great help with all the questions Ive asked. Thats good business for sure and I will be sending you this engine after I can buy another one. Most likely from you. I would like a plus 4 to have in the future. I just need to figure out this tuning thing first. Thats why I bought the cheaper 3 port first.

Didnt have the 9/32 as I thought but had the 7mm which worked the same. Just turned it to right where it needs to be. Simple enough. Thanks !!

X bottom line , you will know when your engine is happy :nod: you will be able to use the same plug for a gallon or so and it will be clean burning creating little or no carbon build up on the exhaust components and piston . it will make great power while running cool temps (under 300) j/k :lol:240 or so am i done yet ???? |
