Houston, what purpose do conical header apply to? I have a couple short and mediums sitting around. Thanks in advance, great idea having this thread by the way. So far all that have posted with questions are really into it and are not douche bags that just want to start a flame war.

Houston you said in another thread "plus 4 is whole different porting design that novarossi itself has never offered in their engine line up they have made them before though"

Which engine was this porting design used in ?

All i can say is WOW, i just read through all the post`s in this awesome thread and being a newbie was learning as i was reading, until i got a couple of pages in and now that i`m dome i`m as confused as ever, lol.
I read your post on engine tuning and i must say it was vary informing, i just have to read it over a couple of times. What would you suggest a beginner do to tune his engine to it`s right setting`s, idle, low and high speed setting`s.
I have a Nova P5X with a Sport Work`s HT with a ( what looks like ) a med curved header. What would you suggest i use and would you have any in stock for sale ?

P.S. This is a great thread, thanks for starting it.

:Dexactly

conical, parabolic would refer to circular , pretty sure
i am sure i could even ask jim and he would say i dont know

they all have different ways of recycling the back pressure , fuel recycling and effects on the scavaging . i have done quite a bit of real world testing to come to the conclusions i have and believe what i say work 99% of the time will work great ;)

if you try what i say and come up with conflicting conclusions let me know please /
