If anyone is considering trying the RBM5X, or any other of Murnans Engines, DO IT! You will not be let down, I was dumbfounded when I first ran the RBM5X and found it to have TONS of smooth controllable power whilist getting 13+ minutes on 1 tank in a buggy! I couldn't ask for more in an engine and would reccomend it to anyone looking for an unbelievably strong engine.

hi,
this will be my second year of nitro buggy. was wonderin if i could get some feedback on the rbm5 engine. i have a limited butget that kind of steered me away from pricey mod engines. but at 199.99 im interested in it. im running an os xzb 21 now with a werks 2058 pipe. at 279for another again the rbm5 is very tempting. any info would be great.

Smooth, controllable and most importantly for us...very reliable.
Idle doesn't fluctuate, doesn't eat plugs and run time was also good.
No doubt it's the best engine at this price.
Looking forward to 1/8 Nitro season starting here soon. Will be running Murnan Mods RB engines again this year for sure.

Murnan Modified Reds R5TTE
I ran my Murnan Modified Reds R5TTE for the first time today and the engine is incredible!
It is installed in a ST-RR truggy and I got 13 minutes and 31 second run time. I had great low end torque with very crisp throttle response and top speed was much faster than any motor I had ever run.
Thank you Uriah! This engine will help make-up for my driving.

Yes, you can send the P5 to me. You will be looking at a great powerband. The modified engine has a lot of bottom end, crisp throttle response, and revs very high.
Fuel economy is good. Depending on driver, and conditions. Anywhere between 9-12 minutes.
