It's meant to be more or less made from B10 parts - i.e. a good engine. Can't tell you more than that. I'm keen to hear how it is though... I got the V9, but won't get to break it in any time soon. The first few reports here seemed pretty good(any more?) The Blasts are basically RB using up all their old high end parts...

Been looking at the v11, never knew much about it, so i started comparing parts numbers to older rb engines..looks very similar to the old c6 series...same crankshaft, bearings, carb, sleeve is 5+2 bypass just like the c6, bore is 16.22 and stroke 16.80 just like the c6, crank is 14mm biturbo just like the c6. Im comparing it to the c6 cause that has got to be my favorite buggy engine of all time. Tons and tons of power down low, gets to top rpm fast, and is plenty fast for the straights. Seeing as the c6 hasbt been made for quite some time and i need a new engine, the v11 seems like a great deal.

The Beat 5 is identical to a P5XLT I thought..
If the V11 is really all that, I might try harder to sell my V9(new and unused) to get one.. From what I understand, the V9 is more of a tame-ish buggy engine - supposedly with C5 internals..

I have an old RB 5 port. Although the front bearing has finally worn out the compression is still good, so I'm debating whether it's cost effective to replace the bearing. Who makes good bearings? Information on bearing pullers? Thanks everyone

TKO Makes a good bearing that will fit. The bearing puller I like is the ofna one.
