Default Extech Clutch

Does anyone run the extech clutch. I have one and need new shoes but can't find them. The clutch appears to be same as the Fioroni Vario but am not 100% if the shoes will fit. Oh yeah, I run the .24 in my trug and it screams.

FYI - the .24 is not like a .28.. has a touch more power than a .21 yet same runtime as .21.. I would only use the big boy pipe with any of our engines in buggy and truggy...

dhopkins - those shoes will work..

So these Extech's are Sirio based? I've just commenced break-in of a Sirio Kanai Evo4 STI, with Sirio 2056 (bat pipe) and am extremely impressed so far, and would like to run a similar set-up in my ST-RR. So if these engines are Sirio based, I'm also guessing the Big Boy pipe is also the same or similar as the Sirio 2056.

Cheers

I just got my .24 pre run today. I want to know which of these pipes I have would be best until I get the BB from A-MAin. JP3 or JP4.
Also Amain did not have the glows. I picked up a P6 "hot" plug I figured a p3 WOULD BE TO HOT. My LHS has order some P4's. whats your thoughts on thes plugs?

Should this pre-run motor get 10 plus min. with the venturi supplied?

Thanks

did u get a dyno sheet? i did its just to light can't read it. I ran one tank today wrapped the head alum. tape and putted back and forth on the street max 3/4 throttle. temped around 195-210. much power even rich like it was. Two more tanks and I will start to lean it out a little. I ran the p4 plug. THe only thing i didnt like is I don't have my Big Bat muffler LOL.

Team Chambers, I ran the .21 in my buggy at the RCP TX Finals at Ncontrol last month. I used the Trinity #5 Turbo plug and it was great. We ran 7 min quals with a hot lap and I still had 1/4 tank or more of fuel left at the end, couldn't get the engine to hit 200 deg. I tried ordering the plugs through the LHS but the distributor said they were back ordered, so I got mine direct from Trinity. Don't know about those pipes. I used a Sirio 2013 on that layout and was very happy with it but it gives you a lot of grunt. 2056 is also supposed to be good, and the Dynamite 086. If you can lay hands on one of those until you get the BB, any of those pipes will probably work better than the JPs.

97T's are to hott.. Run a OS P4.

how do you figure on the 97t ......its a medium glow plug .....have you ever run one ....or are ya just thinking its to hot ..... i have had good luck running them in medium plug applications ...on the other hand i have always had bad luck with o.s. plugs .....i think people run them because of there availability and nothing else ...as they are more expensive and dont last near as long .....just my .02 ....not trying to confront ...i just wanna get my hands on your secret glow plug heat decoder ring and yeh being that the prerun has no modding i could give 2 dumps weather its accurate or not ...im sure the extech will do well
