This engine has less than a gallon on it. Some say it likes a rich bottom end with a lean top end tune with a slightly high idle. I'm gonna try that tomorrow. I have the 2053 pipe setup running #5 GRP plugs with 30% Maxy's fuel. Jut when I think I get the right tune it just either runs flat on certain parts of the power band or just flames out. I'm gonna give it one more chance racing at Family Hobbies at Vineland, NJ. If it fails me, I'm going right back to my Novarossi's. It kinda sucks cuz I had high hopes for this engine from watching it perform last season. I even bought a second one as a back up.

Lean bottom, rich top and a OS P4 plug. Engine will idle for minutes, not seconds, makes great power and gets unreal run time!

I did that and had tons of bottom end but I was dead flat on the top end. Oh, and I flamed at the 3 minute mark, twice.

Get an O'Donnell plug for it and tune it with a little lean on the bottom and a little rich on top.

Zixxer - I have both pipes. Thanks anyway.

All these advice, I wish you guys were around my way. I really like the engine for the quality alone, but it's just a big headache for me.
