Internals of the GO 3 Port Race Spec

Same clean machine work as the 5,7 .25 and .28
Closer tolerences= better fit on carbs
New crank for the 3 port Spec, this is where the top end comes from and the liner feel.
Carb boot has rubber o-ring installed to give a tighter boot seal.
New oring in the carb intake, alot of you who have the newest 5 and 7 ports and .25 and 28 will notice this as well.
Breakin was a breeze.

Sounds good, I think this will be my next mill. Does it have the pinch like the 5 & 7?

Hi Adrian, Hmm interesting ! Do you have any idea on what the RRP of the Go 2047 from RCB will be ? Interesting about the 3 Port too. I was talking to the guys a few weeks ago and they weren't sure if they were going to stock it. Sounds like it might be a killer buggy motor. Might have to check it out in a few weeks time. Sold my original CL-1 RTR buggy today, so have some dollars to re-invest in something new :) 3 Port for the buggy (leaving a spare 5 port for emergencies) sounds like a nice situation to be in :cool:
Did you race Hamilton last weekend ? I have been on weekend shifts for the last few weeks so didn't make it down.

hey grizz can't give you a idea as of yet on price for the 3port or pipe but they should be avaliable late next week at the latest PM me yr mob No and I'll let you know when a price is avaliable.:tire:

raced at hamilton on sunday buggy only finished 4th in the A had a bad start and was almost a lap down but managed to make my way back through the field :D

Nope, broke it in with the stock shimming, although it comes with an extra like the others.

mugenb46 01-23-2008 10:35 AM

The GO 2047 has quicly become my fav on thd 3 and 5 ports, the 086 is also very good on the 5.

I have the .25 red head big block. I lost the parts list. What are the sizes for the front and rear bearings?

mugenb46 01-23-2008 11:52 AM

Front=7x19x6
Rear=14x25.4x6

How do you like it? I have the .28 and think it's too much power for me. I was considering the .25 next, but am now thinking to simply stick with a .21. How long can you go on a tank of fuel with the .25?

D Hunt 3 01-23-2008 02:16 PM

Say I wanted to get an O'donnell head for a Go engine, is there a different engine that lines up the same?

And if the answer is yes, could I buy a standard 3 port, then buy a head for the engine that lines up, with a turbo button?

Redfox03 01-23-2008 03:11 PM

so the .28 is pretty good too huh? i'll have to look into that. i want to get the 3 port .21 but i already have a werks B3 .21. so i might get the 5 port. how is the .28 on fuel mileage?
