the problem is you need the TRAXASS style crank!..and Go ONLY makes the SG style crank....so none of the go's will not work....i was trying to get 1 setup for a buddy but i could not get a TRAXASS style crank to run in a GO....

I have a new rotostart backplate for a .25 Go, you need the .25 sport motor with the drive pin in the crank. Go Usa had some a few months ago.

those wont work either!...the problem is the crank...it needs to have a slot for a C clip at the clutch end...and the only adapter is for a fully threaded crank...which Go does not make....i already tried this...i wanted to get 1 running for my buddy to go bash around with

Why can't I just cut from the threaded part here and add the clutch adapter mentioned above?

Three port would work on a buggy, but truggy not so good. Just for messing around it would work. Five port is preferred for a truggy.

3 port works great in a truggy. It has as much if not more bottom end than a 5 port. 7 port works great in a buggy. The 5 port is recommended in a truggy, but the 3 port works great as well.

I'm running a 3 port in my truggy and a 7 port in my buggy. I have one older 5 port and a new gxr 5 port i'm piecing together right now for backup engines.

I'm in need of a gx-5r tin coated crankshaft. If anyone knows where i can get one let me know. I've been bidding on ebay but have yet to win one. I'd like to pay about $30 if possible.

I have a new one for a Mg66, it is the same except for less weight on the counterbalance. Not really where I would remove weight on a motor but it should work ok. $45.00 shipped.
