I think I got the case from my 3 port in the garage..i'll look after coffee..:D

OK coffee'd up....meno222 I got a gen 4 case from a 3 port..silver colored not black but same case.perfect condition...case is complete with bearings and the lot had less than a gallon on them and the crankcase carb opening seal is the new massive mods nitrile version not the original rubber o-ring..just put a crankshaft in it and it spins smooth and bearings are clean/grit free and no apparent slop..say 30 bucks plus postage at cost? pm me if you want it..

I have a GO 3ptR in my truggy. I have been having strange erratic tuning issues latley. pOP SOUNDS ,BACK FIRES, ONE MINUTE IT RUNS GREAT THE NEXT IT FUBAR. I unsrewed the needles to check it out and found what appears to be plastic threads from the carb coming out like little curly cues? I don't want to look back through 600+ posts.I was wondering if carb issues are a noted problem with the GO engine and what if any are the solutions.Anyone have a good carb they would let go for cheap? I ripped down the engine and everything else seems to be in very good condition.

Probably just needs new o-rings in the carb.

Like Rex says, the curly bits are just shredded O rings from the needles.
Either get some of the newer nitrile O rings, or replace them with fuel tubing.
If you are getting air leaks past these worn O rings it will cause all sorts of tuning problems.
I have PM'd you the procedure for making fuel tubing O rings. These will last a long time, but get some proper nitrile ones if you get the chance.

the fuel tube is still my favourite way for sealing the needles

Which one of you official GO distributors, here in the
U.S.of A., happen to have a 2072 pipe set in stock?
If you do, please PM me your phone number. I know
most of you distributors just got your first orders in
and it's going to take some time to get your inventory
stock built up. But PLEASE guys, if your going to be the
go to people for GO Engines and parts, try to stock and
keep in stock any items your customers may need.
I guess what i'm trying to say is, lets not let this turn
into the "Hurry Up AND Wait" ways that it got to be in
years past. I think that 2010 is going to be a great year
for "GO Engines" ,so "Big GO Dawg" , please find a
way to keep your top distributors inventorys full.

I'm the Go Engine distributor for the US. I'm still ramping up parts, but I do have a large inventory of conrods, rebuild kits, wrist pins, etc. I should have approx 30 pipes in stock in a week or two. These, along with the combo kits sell as fast as I can get them in stock. I dont sell directly, so please have your hobby shop contact me at [email protected].

I typically am restocking every 2-3 weeks, so I'll hopefully be on a minimum of 2 week lead time for out of stock items. Right now, the hot sellers are GX5 and GX7 combos. The hard part is geting all the little parts in stock- such as carb parts, all the different seals, bearings, etc. I've got most of that already, but inventory should be quite complete in the next couple of weeks.

I've got a couple Massive mods Mg 66's in stock, I'll post some pics later. I also have 2 Gx 5 ports left.

O.K., I guess there are no 2072 pipes available today.
So I'll spend the money on a few things I've been
waiting to get for the truggys instead. The next time
any of you "Offical GO Engines U.S.A. Distributors" get a
couple of the 2072 pipes in stock, let me know. I may
have some money to throw your way.
