Jason how are you finding the wear on your Go engines

I've been running my 7pt for about a year now and I haven't changed the rod or any bearings yet, I'm to scared to incase it doesn't run the same again:lol:
but I do look after my engines well and they get stripped and checked often

the rod is still not showing much wear especially for the amount of work its done:eek:

my Go engines are still very new, so i really have no ware what so ever...at the great price of the Go engines im not to concerned about wrecking engines after 3 to 4 gallons...i push my engines so hard with a full race tune all the time, so 4 gallons without any problems is a good engine for me...

RETRO RC 12-18-2007 09:19 PM

well my 7's done around 8-10 galoons now and it's been thrashed

the only thing I've had problem with is the carb as mine was one of the first batch of engines go did it had corse threads on the mixture screws and a plastic sleave on the carb not an ali like they do now and I've had 1 ali sleave come loose but fixed that pretty quickly

the engine maybe getting a tickle up in the next few weeks as I've got a couple of 5pts coming from our local agent for me:D
