I still don't think people really understand how much better the new GX versions are yet. Plus everybody has to keep in mind Trey has to work twice as hard due to the fact of all the damage that was done to the retailers from the previous distributor. The market here in the U.S. is unbelievable and the demand for GO engines ranks up there with rossi's in my opinion just because of the performance factors and price. I have had numerous mills and my 5-port (bought 3 years ago) out lasted them all!!! Trey has huge plans and I have full trust behind him on it. Just keep in mind he has a lot on his shoulders having to build the U.S. market back up. Go engines will again be a household name. Believe me when I tell you, whats in the works will knock your socks off!!!!! Please be patient. As far as parts go, I broke 3 motors at the S.I.C. 2 weeks ago, a 3,5 and .25 all modded. Broke because of hard landings no fault of the motors. So I'm in the same boat as you guys as far as needing parts. Your going to see a big turn around.

That said, there is a tremendous amount of business opportunity here, and definitely room for growth. You're going to see a new direction for Go in the USA. Out of which, customers, team members, and I will be providing product feedback. I also have some exciting things in store for next year, so keep an eye out!

Good! We need it here. Thanks Ruune :tire:

I like the shirts and hats too. I think the
new GO logo, blown up huge, across the
front and back of a black t-shirt would
look killer. Maybe some realflames in the
backround would make the logo pop also.[/QUOTE]

I want one too.

I don't think he is. I was just offering up some
design ideas for a "GO Racing Engines U.S.A."
t-shirt. It has been unusually cold and raining
here where I live and it's going to stay like this
for another three or four days. I'm thinking about
breaking out the airbrush and painting up my own
GO t-shirt. Better yet, I think I'll break out the
body paint and paint a tt-shirt on one of the local
pole dancers. This rain is driving me crazy, so I may
as well find something to keep me busy.

rageworks 10-17-2009 08:26 AM

Hey Rex, could you please post a pick of
the 2072 and the 0801 together, so I
can see and compare the difference
between the two? Also could you measure
the inside dia. of the stinger on the 2072
for me?

well 17 tanks through the 7 port as per instructions you gave me, had a go at tuning it, very good both bottom and top end with loads of smoke, stand at idle when hot for ten seconds then accelerate and it flies, done the fuel line pinch test and it raises rpm slightly after 5 secs and stalls, engine seems great runns about 220 deg f. Thanks for your help and advice, running in was a breeze and would have been totally wrong with the tuning, :)

the new pipe looks awsome aswell, i like the fact that there are 3 spring retainer locations, thats a nice feature

No worries. Glad it's all working for you ;)

The new 2072 rocks on the GX and the Pro series motors. I think someone else mentioned this a couple of pages back - we had a problem with a couplle of pipes from one batch with the springs pulling through the holes, which seemed to be drilled a little close to the edge of the flange. Also the springs are very short and a tight fit. If you think the holes are a little close to the edge, just use a slightly longer spring.
We only found this on two pipes out of a maybe 20. Also, if you have one of the new low-profile style bodies you will need to apply some aluminum tape to the underside where the pipe sits. Because of the larger volume chamber on the 2072 it will contact on the low profile bodies on most models. But a small bubble in the paint work is worth it for the performance gain.
