ya i pulled it off as well last weekend and put the 2050 on, but wanted to give the GO a shot again, I'm glad i did. I didn't have any bog problems though, i will keep it on for our next race unless i through in a 3 port, i want to keep the 7 port for the Nitro Blast in GA.

For those interested in the Go .28:
I pitted for a guy this Sunday who was running a newly broken in motor in a Cen truggy. He ran a 7mm restrictor and a 12t bell. He was doing a great job for only his 6th race!
His run time really impressed me- I had him come in at 7:30 mins and he then ran another 8 mins before running out of fuel just after then end of a 15 minute A-Main. Quite impressive for a .28 IMO.

I was coming in at 6 minutes and don't think I had very much left at all in my tank...what tuned pipe was that guy using? I've got a 8mm carb insert and 13t clutch bell, might go with a 14t and try out the smaller carb inserts soon to see how that works. I'm using the Dynamite 086 pipe.
) IMO he should've been using a Vantage BU120L-04 or an 053 and a 13t bell but he felt that his motor wasn't spooling up fast enough with a 13t bell on the 110' straight at LH. It might be a pipe issue-I've never seen a 12t bell used on a truggy. That had to kill a bit of run time but he did run up on the ass of a LOT of seriously fast guys on that back straight. I'm just glad he was a damned good driver for only 6 races and didn't run them over. Some far more seasoned guys could learn from him!

i have ran the 2047 on my 7port, but i had a low end bog...im wondering if i just need a few more tanks on it...
i just bought a RB 2045 with long and short headers today so im gonna give them a few test tanks with each of the engines...i also picked up a Nova 9886 to check out...i got them so cheap that if they doent work well for me i can get my money back out of them...i would like to get another werks 2013...i used a friends, and wow that thing ripped on the 7port...

I was just wondering how new the 7pt was, is it turbo and also what header you where using as the 2047 with a medium or long header gives me more bottom end on my 7pt turbo in an 8T than I can use as a rule and also run time of between 8-12 min depending on track carb restricter etc but the engine took about 5-7 ltrs ,almost 2 gallons to really open up
novarossi #6,#7, odonell 97t or OS P3's have all worked really well plug wise
with the nova #6's being my prefered
I also use the TT 2035 pipe set with a short header and have have good results with that also

i was running the stock header that comes with the 2047, but i have a few RB headers on the way, so when they get here im go do some testing with them on the Go 2047, and the RB 2045...
