I ran one I modded couple weeks ago and loved it, I think it makes as much power as my 5 ports but not as much bottom. I will run it on a larger track this weekend to see.

Well, another year has gone by and still no turbo
head button for the .25 . Do you think EB could help
design one for the .25? It's been over a year since
we were told that they were testing a turbo head
button for the .25 and should be out soon. I'm not
saying that anyone dropped the ball on this, but, Oh Hell!!! Yes I am.

People at my local track love them, lots even race with them. They're $99, great motor for practice or club racing.

Thanks for the link endler, But they don't list one
either. Why, because R&D guys that GO have can't
seem to make one that will work properly. Thats
where EB might be some help. I would rather try
one that he modified from another engine manufacturers
.28 turbo head button, than none at all.

Rocket42 01-01-2009 12:06 PM

Rageworks, I apologize for the delay, I will make it a priority this year to get a turbo button finished for the .25. The problem is you can't take .28 button and machine it down because then the squish band becomes too thin and it will perform worse.

It's all good Rocketman. You know how we are, always
lookin for a little more power and a few more R's.

rageworks 01-01-2009 01:50 PM

The rear bearing is a 14x25.4x6. The o-ring that your
looking for is a 15.2x1.5, the GO part number is OR-0004.
