just got done browsing this thread and searching it.

didnt find an answer to my question

im looking for the crank size in MM of my Gotech .25

You may have to give it a couple days, im sure Russell probably had to contact GO overseas so that may take a day or two for the communication with our time differences.

Good news guys, i think Race Factor just got more Race 3ports in so you may start seeing them in hobby shops very soon!

I guess there are plenty of three port motors
now. Hell, it looks like no matter what you order,
your going to get a three port.

ok... I talked to amain then they got in contact with racefactor, before I could hang up with amain racefactor called me, so I have a new 7port on the way.... good job to all......

Thanks everyone for all the help contacting people, this is the way customer support is suppose to be.

i called amain and got the number for go tech and talked to i believe russells wife, so shes gonna call him and get back to me

Yes that was Dana, Russell is swamped at work but after speaking with Dana they are going to get you taken care of on the matter with the engine.

This was a simple mistake and i Know Russell will get to the bottom of it so don't be afraid of this and let it detour you from getting one of these killer engines, I'm just glad to be apart of a company that backs it's customers the way it does. Thanks Guys

All GO cranks are 14 mm

thanks mugen, if anything i would buy another go tech cause the support. Im sending the engine in and because im not in a rush shes gonna send me a new one when they get mine, i just wonder if there are other people in the same situation but dont realize it.

any time bud, ya it may be more than one engine but if Russell talks to the stores they should care enough to check i would hope, well i'm glad your deal has been handled, if i can help with anything else feel free to let me know.
