It was cool to have the Oregon guys show in force , it made the event ...
Kinda chilly but the track was hot ...
Fastest most traction ever from a fresh Trcr layout...
The best part ?
Just about everyone caught Brians cold but me ....

Thanks again to Scott and staff that built the sick track! And to Brian for putting on a great event.
It was really cool to see all the fast young talent at TRCR.
Good job Bridgewater as always for laying it down!
Also to you George for putting it in the show, that was really cool to see...you deserved it!
This being the first ECT I have been to, it was allot of fun and great competition!

Hey guys, just wanted to touch base and see if you could help out. A friend of mine is offering one of his two buggies (rollers) for nearly free... they however obviously need motors.
What i am wondering, is what is the best combo for these buggies, taking into consideration i will probably only play with them at TRCR.
Team Losi XXX-CR
Team Losi XXX-4
My friend suggests Novak GTB Brushless ESC/Velociti Brushless Motor Combo (6.5R) [NOV3003] .. What are your thoughts ?

specc, The GTB is not a bad speedo. If you are buying new however, I would suggest the Tekin RS or the LRP SPX. They are going to be a little smoother all around and are smaller; and retail a few bucks cheaper. On the used market though the GTB can be found for much cheaper.
A 6.5 might be a bit fast, depending on your experience level. For just playing, a 10.5 is more than enough. If your new or are going to be racing, I'd suggest a 13.5 so you can run stock.
