Georges suggestion is a good starting point.

One thing to remember is gearing depends on what system you are running.

I gear a Tekin Redline 17.5 at 32/69 and a Tekin Redline 10.5 at 26/72. These gearing levels might not work for Novaks or LRP's due to heat issues.

Alright thanks guys. LRP esc and Novak motor. I've got 24/81 on there now to start with, so I'll try it and can change from there if needed.
