I just spoke to Don all 17.5 in blinky will be allowed to race so come down. See everybody sun with team fantom ion works edition that I been racing for the past year that was legal when I bought it

It's interesting how negative people are and dwell on pessimism

A simple phone call to the hobby shop or myself and you would've found out that all 17.5 motors are allowed for this race and that the race flyer was a mistake about roar rules

FYI but your only allowed to run foam tires

I think it is awesome how many people refuse to have a motor that conforms to the only motor standard we have in the country...

Its not that I refused or was being negative. I planned on getting my new motors, just didn't think I'd need it by this Sunday. My new motor is in transit, if it gets here in time, great! If not............ But hey what ever, Larcher screwed up the flier!!

Motor was legal when I purchased it I'm not a sponsored driver I have to pay for my motors blame roar for making the mistake

The people who did call me last night made a very good case for running the motors for now, but come September (winter season the rules will be enforced).

I want to thank Joe Aruta for taking the time to put together a very good case for allowing the motors, especially for this trophy race at this time of the year. Joe, your racing is on me Sunday. All you D3.5 guys should thank him for being respectful, understanding of both sides of the arguement but persistant with his request.

Mike Larcher is not at fault he's simply the printer/creator. It was my inquiry since Motorama didn't allow them, but my decision was never concrete.

Run em boys...............IRH, Friday night worlds is only 2 1/2 days away. Saturday practice is free, but track closes at APPROXIMATELY......6PM.
